SHOWETH :-
1. That an Ordinance entitled the "University Ordinance 1911" was amended in Com- mittee of the Legislative Council on the 23rd day of March 1911 and then passed the third reading at the same meeting, and received the signature of His Excellency the Governor on the 30th day of March 1911.
